Smoothie ice cream

Believe it or not, this raspberry smoothie ice cream is made in 5 minutes, tastes like if summer and winter are getting married, and is actually very healthy! Whaat?

Yes, it’s  true! Here is how you can make it:

What do I need?

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana cut in pieces

1 cup vanilla soy milk (or make your own buy adding vanilla and maple sirup into unsweetened milk)

more vanilla – optional

What do I do?

Blend all together in the food processor, blender or hand blender – this is what I do. Voila! You’re ready to serve!

If you want to go further, you can make a quick raw chocolate sauce to pour over you ice cream. Simply melt 1 tsp coconut oil with 1-2 tsp of cacao powder and a little bit of salt. You can add honey or maple sirup for a sweeter version.
