Strala yoga is a NYC based movement system which has been spreading all over the world during the last couple of years. It gains a big popularity owing to its open and natural approach and its practical use in everyday life. It allows you to be who you are.
Strala yoga is based on breath body connection and the practice of ease, instead of pushing and forcing. Strala yoga is a safe, enjoyable and intelligent form of yoga which ignites freedom. It helps you practice moving with grace, ease and coordination in your yoga and life. Read more about Strala here.
Yoga instructor: Renata Rucka (CZ)
Renata likes to explore the relationship between human body and consciousness by using breath, movement, nature and mindfulness practices. Renata did her 200 hour training in Strala yoga four years ago, in NYC. The year after she was a guest yoga guide at the Strala yoga studio in NYC and then offered yoga classes in different studios in Northern Norway.
In 2018 she started to arrange yoga weekends in Northern Norway as a get together of people from different parts of the world who would form a wonderful group with uplifting vibes, new experience and precious memories.
Her wish is to guide people into blissful experience via yoga, ice bathing and natural food. She loves to feed everyone with home made chocolate. On social channels you can find her as Pia Brunost.
Breathe, move, feel great!
Discover your inner fire and become happy, strong and healthy with Wim Hof Method
Over time, we as humans have developed a different attitude towards nature and we’ve forgotten about our inner power. This is the ability of our body to adapt to different extreme temperature and survive within our natural environment. The Wim Hof Method is based on this principle.
Because we wear clothes and artificially control the temperatures at home and at work, we’ve greatly reduced the natural stimulation of our bodies, atrophying the age-old mechanisms related to our survival and basic function. Because these deeper physiological layers are no longer triggered, our bodies are no longer in touch with this inner power. The inner power is a powerful force that can be reawakened by stimulating these physiological processes through the Wim Hof Method.
“Feeling is understanding.” – Wim Hof
Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
Wim Hof method Instructor/ forest mind guide: Dirk Janssen (BE)
Dirk is a real outdoorsman from birth. He’s trained as a social re-adaptation worker, Wim Hof Method instructor, nature coach and forest mind guide. He offers soft and extreme nature-based wellness practices to people and companies who want to become more resilient. Through his own experiences and training, he is the ideal guide on the way to a happy, strong and healthy life. As ‘Boempatatman’ on various social media channels he has become a synonym for inspiring images and words that build a bridge between people and nature.
During the retreat we serve nourishing and delicious meals. For breakfast it s usually smoothie bowls, home made bread or porridge. Lunches are for salad, crepes or waffles.
